I think it’s safe to say that the Brooklyn Nets have had enough of Ben Simmons.
The former top pick has railroaded the franchise for far too long now. I get it, he is still a name, and if you compare him with the rest of the current Brooklyn roster, he is the big man on campus.
Simmons was part of the squad with Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and James Harden. These guys have been doing their thing with their respective ball clubs for some time now.
The dude is playing now, but he’s also playing with a 40-million price tag. To keep things in perspective, Cam Thomas, who has been ballin’ this season, is in the final year of his 4-million contract.
So yeah, you can’t blame the Brooklyn media for getting mad at Simmons because this is the second time the organization has decided to stack their squad with all-stars to no avail.
