It's not like I can't entirely agree with the choices but it's hard to look at this without rolling eyes.
Nikola Jokic is on the Second Team.
Just like last season, basing performances on positions is nuts. They have been doing this in the All-Star Game and still can't figure out its effects on a player's trajectory when it comes to the All-NBA Teams.
Basically, here are the players that made the teams:
ALL-NBA FIRST TEAM
JOEL EMBIID
GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO
JAYSON TATUM
LUKA DONCIC
SHAI GILGEOUS-ALEXANDER
ALL-NBA SECOND TEAM
NIKOLA JOKIC
JAYLEN BROWN
JIMMY BUTLER
STEPHEN CURRY
DONOVAN MITCHELL
ALL-NBA THIRD TEAM
DOMANTAS SABONIS
LEBRON JAMES
JULIUS RANDLE
DE'AARON FOX
DAMIAN LILLARD
I am going to be happy when I see next season's list.
Maybe we'll get to see all five centers because they have a sure amount of points, rebounds, assists, and blocks in the current NBA.
We'll never know.
