As a copywriter, I need to know this.

Anyway, as a "note to self" moment, I am going to put this here.
YES - A question mark goes inside the quotation mark.
According to AP style, a question mark is inside quotation marks if that part is the question and outside the quotation marks if the whole sentence is a question.
Personally, I would rather italicize proper nouns but at least now I know this.
