Known as "The Bull" for his unstoppable drives and brute strength, Nelson Asaytono was one of the most prolific scorers the PBA ever saw. A constant offensive force throughout the '90s, Asaytono was named to the Mythical Five three times and the Mythical Ten four times, peaking with Best Player of the Conference awards in 1997 and 1998. Though he never captured an MVP or Finals MVP, his seven championships and relentless interior scoring made him a cornerstone of every team he played for. Even without the flashiest accolades, Asaytono earned respect through pure production, consistency, and his fearless, physical style of play.
