JOHNNY ABARRIENTOS STATS
There was a time when Marques Bragg's opinion mattered as far as which PBA player can play in the NBA. The former Alaska import was asked to recommend a player and without batting an eyelash, the former Minnesota Timberwolf told them about this diminutive point guard from the Philippines. A shade under Jimmy Alapag, The Flying A became the smallest player to win the PBA award after leading the Alaska Milkmen to a grand slam in 1996.
