I thought he should have played for a better PBL team and but in some ways, it's hard to see Ralph Emmerson Oreta getting a pro boost from his UAAP career. After a good rookie season, Oreta had to go with the trouble of sharing minutes with Cyrus Baguio, Nino Gelig, and Derrick Hubalde. This was also during UST's slasher seasons - wherein the Tigers had too many shooting guards and small forwards and missed out on the top point guards and centers that played a part in their dominating 90s run.
