Letran's Season 100 campaign was a mixed bag. While they finished with a respectable 8-10 record, good for sixth place in the 10-team field, the once-dominant program found itself struggling for consistency.

Jimboy Estrada emerged as the team's best player, leading the Knights in scoring (16.76 PPG), rebounding (7.53 RPG), and playmaking (5.82 APG). Vince Cuajao and Paolo Javillonar provided additional scoring punch, but injuries and roster changes hampered the team's rhythm.
Javillonar, a 2024 PBA Draft pick by Converge, opted to complete his NCAA eligibility but missed four games due to injuries and his participation in Converge’s Kidapawan pocket tournament. Meanwhile, Kevin Santos' defensive prowess earned him a spot on the All-Defensive Team, though Letran's overall defense was not enough to push them into serious contention.

Once the kings of the NCAA, the Knights now face a critical offseason. With key departures and question marks surrounding their next core, Letran must regroup if they want to reclaim their championship form in the coming seasons.
