I frequently discuss my love for the 90s.
I thought that era is the BEST because none of the teams really got the advantage Crispa and Toyota in the league's first decade and most SMC teams in the 21st century had. Even Alaska, despite its success in the mid-to-late 90s, can't really be said to be dominant because at one point San Miguel and Purefoods had it. Then Sunkist almost had a grand slam in 1995 and then in the late-90s, the Beermen, Ginebra, and Shell started to make waves.
Honestly, Alvin Patrimonio could have given one of his MVP titles to Jerry Codinera and it wouldn't have been an issue.
