Yes, I am bandwagoning for the Los Angeles Dodgers this season.
Especially for feats like these.
What's crazy about these two scenes is that it's not for their gains. Yes, you can say that Shohei is gunning for a home run, coming close to the projected 55-55 season (Shohei is two homers away,) but this also cements their spot in the playoffs.
This Shohei Ohtani situation is awesome. I am re-learning a lot of things about baseball. Also, while I haven't seen a lot of New York Yankees games this season, judging from what is happening, I want to see the Bronx go up against LA's batting order.
I know Aaron Judge is awesome, as well as Juan Soto and Giancarlo Stanton, I am a fan of Ohtani, Mookie Betts, and Freddie Freeman. You can even place Gavin Lux, Max Muncy, Kike Hernandez, Teoscar Hernandez (the dude who always throws things on Shohei when he gets a home run, as well as the cooler water on the players the reporters are talking to,) Tommy Edman, Will Smith, and Miguel Rojas on this list as well.
I am not that keen on their pitchers though. I like Michael Kopech and have seen Clayton Kershaw and Jack Flaherty, but I'm really looking forward to seeing Yoshinobu Yamamoto in action.
