There is nothing more scenic than a neighboring condo constructing its basement parking.
Haha.
So I visited my condo last August 4. After six months, the tenant has moved and this is the first time I am going to see the aftermath of her stay.
The condo is two units combined with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a toilet. It is also bare... but I think that's going to change if and when we get the go signal to return to the office. The place is near an MRT station and there are a lot of establishments near it.
I also kind of worked here.
I used mobile data to download a huge-ass file and it was surprisingly effective.
Hmmm...
Anyway, in case anyone wants to rent it, feel free to contact me. The pros of the place? It's in the heart of Quezon City. You can walk to a bar to drink and you're assured that no one would enter your place to steal your things. The downside is that you're going to have to leave your pets. The condo's developer also has their own set of establishments and you can find it in the condo lobby. Also, the rent is for the unit only and you have to look for your own parking area.
But again, you can literally see establishments, trains, taxis, tricycles, jeepneys, schools, gas stations, watering holes, convenience stores, malls, coffee shops, and the like just by looking at the window!
