Let me say this.
I found the seller nice. I will hide his name though because I don't know if he wants to have internet clout, but I know he loved the annual.
With that said, I bought the 1997 PBA Hardcourt Annual with a cheap price tag. I thought he would eventually raise the price when I asked for the payment details but that 1,000-peso price tag is awesome.
It's not that I am collecting the annuals. It's just me collecting all the available stats I can get. Because of this, I think I can add at least twenty more names.
Also, this is the last season of Samboy Lim, one of the greatest PBA ambassadors ever. He should have been one of the league's G.O.A.T.s if his devil-may-cry style ultimately led to an injury-plagued career. I started watching the PBA in around 1988 and 1989, so at seven years old, I understood how awesome it was for a team like the San Miguel Beermen to win three straight PBA conferences. Samboy Lim, Yves Dignadice, and Hector Calma were at the forefront, and years later, it surprised the heck out of me how popular they were despite their career averages.
So there.
